NCSE Relate is a comprehensive resource to support school staff to understand and reframe behaviour. It places relationships at the heart of all support and takes a regulation first approach in understanding and supporting students. Our school uses Relate to create an inclusive learning culture that works for everyone. Relate helps to inform us of how our Positive Code of Behaviour can be applied in an inclusive and practical way.
